Description

A little wooden bookshelf that counts the books you finish this year, with your name on the bottom shelf.

Number tiles hang from the shelf. Finish a book, change the number. By December the count is sitting on your desk where everyone can see it.

Each counter is cut, painted and assembled by hand in South Florida.

It comes in four colors: brown, blue, turquoise and mint. Pick yours above, then type the name for the bottom shelf.

Good to know: it says "this year" on purpose. On January 1 you start the count again. Each counter is painted by hand, so the tone can vary slightly from one piece to the next.

How long it takes. We make each piece by hand after you order. Most orders are ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days. If you need it sooner, write to us before you order: some pieces can be made overnight and ship the next day.

Shipping to the rest of the U.S. We ship by UPS or USPS to the 48 contiguous states and Washington, D.C. You choose the speed at checkout:

Yes. Your name goes on the bottom shelf in cut-out letters, right under "Books Read This Year". We cut, paint and put together every Souvenir Design book counter by hand in South Florida.

How do I change the number on the book counter?

Lift the tile off its peg and hang the next one. The number tiles on the Souvenir Design counter hang from small pegs on the shelf, so you don't need any tools and it takes a few seconds.

What happens to the book counter when the year ends?

You start over. It says "this year" on purpose, so on January 1 you start the count again on the same Souvenir Design counter.

How fast does the book counter ship, and can I return it?

We make it after you order, then ship it Standard (3 to 4 business days) or Express (1 to 2). Since it has a name on it, Souvenir Design can't take it back if you change your mind. If it arrives damaged or not what you ordered, we'll remake it or refund you.

What colors does the book counter come in?

Four: brown, blue, turquoise and mint. Pick the color and type the name right on the product page. Souvenir Design paints every counter by hand, so the shade can vary a little from piece to piece.
