How do I personalize a gift from Souvenir Design?
On each product page you choose the design and the colors, then type the name or text, or upload your photo, before adding the piece to your cart. Before we start, Souvenir Design confirms the details with you: names, dates, colors and photos.
What can Souvenir Design personalize?
Depending on the piece, Souvenir Design personalizes names, short messages, dates, photos and business logos. Each product page says what that piece takes. Names on wood are laser engraved or painted by hand, and names on dog bandanas are heat pressed in vinyl.
Can Souvenir Design print my photo?
Yes. On the wooden photo magnets, you upload your photo on the product page and Souvenir Design prints it, fits it into the frame and sends the magnet ready to use, for $3 more. You can also order the frame only and add your own photo.
Will I see my piece before Souvenir Design makes it?
Souvenir Design confirms names, dates, colors and photos with you before starting, and we reproduce the text exactly as you send it, so please check the spelling.
Does Souvenir Design make pieces with movie characters or team logos?
No. Souvenir Design makes its own designs and does not make pieces with licensed characters. For a business order, we can use your own logo.
Timing
How long does a personalized order take?
Every Souvenir Design piece is made by hand after you order. Most personalized orders are ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days, and the shipping time is added after that. If you need it sooner, write to us before you order: some pieces can be made overnight and ship the next day.
I need it by a certain date. Can Souvenir Design make it in time?
Write to Souvenir Design before you order, by email or WhatsApp, with the date you need it. We will tell you honestly whether we can make it on time.
Shipping and local delivery
Where does Souvenir Design ship?
Souvenir Design ships from Weston, Florida, to the contiguous United States by UPS or USPS. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other countries.
How much does shipping cost and how long does it take?
Souvenir Design offers Standard shipping for $5.90, which takes 3 to 4 business days, and Express shipping for $9.90, which takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping time starts when your piece is ready.
Does Souvenir Design deliver locally?
Yes. Souvenir Design delivers for free to your door within about 6 miles of Weston, Florida. Choose Local delivery at checkout if your address is in the area, and we will contact you to arrange the day.
Artisan markets
Do purchases at the market follow the same policy?
Yes. Pieces bought at a Souvenir Design market booth follow the same returns policy as online orders. Keep your receipt or the message where we confirmed your order.
Returns, changes and cancellations
Can I return a personalized piece?
A personalized piece from Souvenir Design is made just for you, so it cannot be returned or exchanged if you change your mind. Pieces without personalization can be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging; write to us first.
What if my piece arrives damaged or different from what I approved?
Write to Souvenir Design within 7 days of delivery, at souvenirdesigntienda@gmail.com or on WhatsApp at +1 786-765-6544, with your order number and a photo. We remake the piece at no cost or refund it in full, shipping included.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel a Souvenir Design order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it, as long as we have not started making it. Once we start, personalized orders cannot be canceled.
Why does my piece look a little different from the photo?
Every Souvenir Design piece is made by hand, so the wood grain, the paint and small details vary from piece to piece. That variation is part of a handmade piece and is not a defect.
Custom and large orders
Does Souvenir Design take orders for a whole class, an event or a business?
Yes. Souvenir Design makes sets for classes, teams, parties and businesses, quoted one by one. Write to us before ordering with the number of pieces, the names or the design, and the date you need them.
Can I order something that is not in the store?
Yes. Souvenir Design takes custom orders by message. Tell us what you have in mind and the date, and we will tell you what we can make.
