Made to order
Every Souvenir Design piece is made by hand after you order. Most orders are ready to ship in 1 to 2 business days, and it can take longer in busy seasons. If you need it sooner, write to us before you order: some pieces can be made overnight and ship the next day. The shipping time below starts when your piece is ready.
Where we ship
We ship within the contiguous United States by UPS or USPS. We don't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories or other countries.
Shipping options
- Standard: $5.90, 3 to 4 business days.
- Express: $9.90, 1 to 2 business days.
Rates and options are confirmed at checkout before you pay.
Local delivery near Weston, Florida
If your address is within about 6 miles of Weston, Florida, you can choose free Local delivery at checkout. We bring your order to your door and contact you to arrange the day.
Tracking
When your order ships, you'll get an email with the tracking number.
Address and delivery problems
Please check your shipping address before you pay. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll contact you to send it again, and the new shipping cost is paid by the customer. If your piece arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy: contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll remake it or refund it.
